Spring

Its barely been under 0 degrees all winter. Now spring has popped up and started raining on my parade. mental parade of course. I was so excited for spring. Warm, close to summer, near the end of school. But now its all rainy, all the time! At least there's no snow anymore. Phew! I've began wearing shorts everyday. But the weather is trying to change mind. It is currently sad and drizzly here in Fernie BC. As I sit on the couch, laptop beside me. Wearing jean Capri's and a plaid Volcom shirt. Sad isn't it? Oh well, summer will be here soon enough. Hopefully spring won't be so disappointing anymore. (Dramatic sigh). Yesterday it was nice, I spent all day kicking a soccer ball around with some friends. But thinking of friends. Reminds me of how much I miss Calgary... and long to go shopping, or play basketball at the community center. Walk over to the mac's for Slurpee's and candy. Can't do that here now can I?

cough, cough, cry, cry, SICK!

Sick two weekends in row... are you kidding me?! I was sick, on the last two weekends of February.
Uber saddo. So yesterday (March 1st) I was still sick with a stomach ache, and felt all fluey. Which was fine though, because it was Monday, and we weren't going to have gym, mainly art class all day, yippee! But then, during community class Ms. Colson decided that we would go outside for a half hour instead. Kay I'll just tell her I don't feel good right? Wrong. After trying multiple times to tell her that I was sick, I simply gave up, and played capture the flag with everyone else. BAD IDEA!! I felt sooo sick afterward, it took like and hour to walk home, rather than 25 minutes. Grrr! Today I feel only a bit sick, which is an improvement. Anyway wish me luck.
